Description: For Sale ,Window Cleaning Van and Equipment.
Vehicle: Vauxhall Vivaro SWB 1.9TDi, FG54BWX Plate, 47,800 miles in white, Tax 6 months mot until Sep 2012, fully serviced ex BT vehicle fitted with roof rack, excellent condition.
Equipment: The above vehicle is drylined throughout (Lynex), colour black and is fitted with a two man 500 litre Streamline Contractor Water Tank, with a Thermo Pure water heater (two man system) boiler.
The equipment also comes with x3 Stream Line poles, one 26ft, another at 32ft and a commercial pole reach of up to 62ft. Also two hose reels each with 150 metres of hose and two adapter hoses which connect from vehicle pipe lines to hose reel.
The equipment is under finance, there are 36 months remaining of 5 year lease to purchase, which is also fully tax redeemable on completion of final finance payment. The repayments are as follows:
500 Litre Streamline Water Tank & Equipment £pm £112.80
Thermo Pure Heater £pm £145.18

The Finance Company are content with transfer of agreement on approval of credit check.

Description: Line 1 Tradesman 6' x 4' unbraked trailer, fitted with 400L baffled tank, 11L resin vessel, 100m microbore hose on reel, leisure battery, Shurflo 100psi pump, Varistream digital controller and 17' GXTEL Ecoline Glass fibre pole.
I had this trailer put together just under 2 years ago. Since then it has had light (2/3 days per month) use and has been kept out of the elements in a garage. A local engineering firm fitted the stainless steel cover and bolted the tank down. The cover opens both sides and locks with padlocks which are included as is a chain to lock it to your towbar. There is a small letterbox size access port in the cover for the hose so it is possible to work with the trailer completely locked up.
It works fine as it is in a soft water area but for hard water an RO unit would need to be purchased. I did think about fitting one in the space above the tank but never got round to it.
All you need for starting out window cleaning and to buy an equivalent system new costs £2,500 plus!!

Great condition, new commercial roof bars, 400 ltr system, electronic flow meter, inline filter, di vessel, new battery. 2x hose reels: one 6mm bore, one bit larger. 35 foot pole with new brush, 3 smaller poles to use for spares and repairs merlin ro unit. 1000ltr Ibc tank for storage of pure water.
