Description: I am selling my Fiat Ducato Panel Van for personal reasons. The van has been customised to suit my own business requirements of Reach & Wash Window Cleaning (i.e. Water Fed Pole). For those who don't know, 'Reach & Wash' is a new, scientific method of cleaning windows (including those that are awkward to reach) by means of purified water and a series of extendable carbon fibre poles. Unlike traditional bar and blade window cleaning, this system does not rely on detergents (as the pure water repels the dirt) and ladders (so is compatible with the new 'use of ladders legislation'). The van has been customised to accommodate my car valeting side of the business also (as you will see from the last picture).
I am selling the lot, including the poles and some of the car valeting equipment.
2007 Fiat Ducato Van (diesel), royal blue and sign written with our company details. The buyer may keep the name of 'Purehotwash' if they choose, or change it. This has recently been serviced and is in good condition and working order. The van has just passed a year's MOT, and has 4 months tax remaining (only done 24,000 miles).
HOT WATER Reach & Wash window cleaning system (i.e. water fed pole method). As you will see from picture 4, there are two tanks: the larger one is for this system and contains purified water 650ltr (the other is for valeting, which I carry regular water in 250ltr ). The system in the back produces 100% pure water by two methods: i) reverse osmosis (RO) using specialised filters, and ii) de-ionisation (DI). The pure water is then made very hot (the most efficient for window cleaning) by a heater fitted in the back. The entire system runs off of a leisure battery, which is continuously charged by the van's charging system and a solar panel (fitted on the van).
4 carbon fibre poles, which range in length - the longest allows cleaning of up to about 50 feet (i.e. a 4 storey building).
A range of brushes for the end of the poles.
A smaller water tank for jet washing cars
In the back of the van, I have customised it to fit in my car valeting products and equipment. It has been panelled out, and fitted with shelves. Of course, this would suit other purposes. Underneath the shelves is more space to keep other equipment (hoovers etc.).
Plus a lot of T bars Blades and scims.
Also 150m of hose on a reel.
The van has been 'speedlined' - i.e. lined with a tough, durable (and expensive) coating on the floor which protects it from water
spillage. It also has a Rhino roller roof rack / ladder rack system.
The following 'stuff' I am willing to sell as extras, and at a negotiable price (I am not willing to sell this without selling the van first though):
A portable trolley system with thermohose.
Petrol pressure washer
One 31 rung / 7.58 metre point ladder (£300 new)
One generator
A large array of valeting equipment and products.
